Luh Sinar Wati is the Balinese owner.

Since 1999 Luh Sinar Wati (Putu), together with her husband, James Drake (Jim), have built a highly respected reputation for building superior quality private homes in Bali. Having participated in designing and building some of the islands Premier Balinese Style villas, the young company has quickly earned a name that is synonymous with excellence in value.

Our internationally trained and qualified team of architects, engineers and supervisors draw their professional knowledge in property development from a combined total of more than 75 years of both private and corporate property development experience. Having worked on a wide variety of tropical developments and commercial resorts in Thailand, Indonesian, Australia and North America, the company is quickly becoming Bali's premier builder of quality Balinese style resort homes.
